Leveraging the Jobs-to-be-Done framework, I meticulously identified the key tasks and objectives of Finbox's users. This customer-centric approach informed every design decision, ensuring that the UX design was tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of financial professionals engaging with the platform

High-Fidelity Prototyping

In collaboration with the team, I crafted a comprehensive high-fidelity prototype for Finbox's inaugural MVP. This crucial phase allowed us to visually represent the user interface, enabling early validation and feedback. Upon implementation, the Finbox design positively impacted its client, IIFL, resulting in an 85% reduction in turnaround time, a 1.5x growth in approval rates, and a remarkable 95% reduction in error rates.
